We Confirm Your Project

Common Questions
What information do you need to get started?
Send us your plan set, specs, and any addenda. The more complete the documents, the faster we can move. If plans aren't finalized yet, reach out anyway — we can discuss scope and get ahead of the timeline.
Do you offer rush turnaround?
Yes. If your bid deadline is tight, let us know upfront and we'll prioritize your project. Rush delivery is available — just tell us when you need it and we'll make it work.
What's the difference between a takeoff and a full estimate?
A takeoff gives you the quantities — how much of everything is in the job. A full estimate takes it all the way to a submission-ready bid package with labor, equipment, materials, and completed bid forms.
Do you work with contractors of all sizes?
Yes. We work with everything from small operators just starting to outsource estimating to established firms scaling their bid volume. No minimum project size. Every job gets the same rigor.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF, AutoCAD (DWG/DXF), Bluebeam, and most standard plan formats. If you're not sure, just send what you have — we'll make it work.
Is there a commitment or contract required?
No long-term contracts on project work. Monthly retainer plans require 30 days notice to change or cancel. You're never locked in — we earn your business every month.
We currently serve excavation contractors across 21 states. Wherever your job is, we can get to work within 48 hours of receiving your plans.
