Answers Before You Ask
Can I change plans month to month?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan with 30 days notice. We're built to scale with your workload — not lock you in.
What counts toward my monthly hours?
Hours are applied to active takeoff and estimating time on your projects. Review calls, plan clarifications, and QA review time are not counted against your monthly allocation.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Overflow hours are available on a per-project basis. Or we can upgrade you mid-month if the volume warrants it. We'll never turn down work because you've hit a ceiling.
What types of projects do you estimate?
Any excavation scope — commercial site development, public infrastructure, residential subdivision, industrial, and utility work. If it moves dirt, we can estimate it across all 21 states we serve.
How does the Growth plan's "company metrics" work?
We build estimates using your production rates, equipment rates, and markup structure — not ours. That means the numbers match how you actually do the work, so they're ready to submit as-is.
What is the Enterprise Performance App?
